I looked for the machine they said it was played at G2101. That because it was played at another machine they can’t help me. How can this happen? My offer doesn’t print and then I get told that it’s too bad. After that I spoke with Terrence Smith and he stated that it was played and there nothing he would do. She said they wouldn’t do it and that’s it.
I restated that I never received the voucher and asked if she could check the camera. The last time I went up there Jasmine comes from the back and says she can’t do anything because it’s been played. I went back two more times and was told the same thing. They told me to wait and come back because the supervisor had stepped away. I wouldn’t print so I went to the rewards desk and asked for the voucher to be printed. I came in around 2:42pm and tried to print my weekly offer voucher for $30.
